The Senator Ibikunle Amosun led administration in its resolve to provide more affordable housing for the people of the State has completed another set of housing units at Oke-Ata Valley View Estate, of which allocation has since commenced.
The Director of Estate and Planning Department, Ogun State Housing Corporation, Mr. Wale Ojo, made this known when he led his team to present the first quarter budget breakdown before members of the State House of Assembly Committee on Finance and Appropriation, at the Assembly Complex, Abeokuta.
Ojo said that the first phase of the project which has been completed were already being allocated, adding that anyone interested in the housing units could consult the office at Ibara, Abeokuta.
He confirmed that the second phase of the Oke-Ata housing project has commenced, saying, government would continue to work towards fulfilling its promise on affordable housing for the people of the State.
In his commendation, the Committee Chairman, Hon. Victor Fasanya, commended the Corporation for its commitment to reduce housing deficit, as well as the commencement of the second phase of the project, noting that this would encourage people to promptly come up for purchases.
