Alumni association commends Government Facilities at Model College

The Chairman, Conference of Old Students and Alumni Associations of Nigeria, Ogun State Chapter, Professor Delano Adenekan has commended the Senator Ibikunle Amosun led administration for putting in place, quality facilities at Akin Ogunpola Model College, Akinale, Ewekoro Local Government Area of the state

Professor Adenekan who stated this while speaking with newsmen, at the end of an interactive session between members of the Executive Committee of the association and participants at the ongoing Ogun Summer Camp, holding at the college, added that investment in education was not a waste of resources, as it would yield results in the future.

While challenging participants to make good use of the opportunity offered by the programme, he called on well-meaning individuals and organisations, to rally round the State government in providing affordable qualitative education for the children.

In her remark, the Director of Secondary Education, Mrs. Abosede Ogunleye, thanked the Association for sharing their wealth of experience with the children, expressing optimism that the campers would utilize all knowledge gained throughout the session.
