Ogun CJ To Visit Prisons

As part of programme aimed at assessing the condition of prisons and the inmates, the Chief Judge of Ogun State, Hon. Justice Olatokunbo Olopade has scheduled a three day visit to prison formations across the four zones of the State.

A release signed by the Chief Registrar, High Court of Justice, Mr. Olusola Oloyede said the CJ’s itinerary to prisons formations will begin from Tuesday November 7 to Thursday November 9, 2017 between 9.00am and 12noon daily.

The visit being the first in the 2017/2018 Legal year, would enable His Lordship exercise her  prerogative of mercy at decongesting Ilaro, Oba, Abeokuta, Ijebu-Ode and Sagamu prison formations.
