NIEEE Abeokuta Chapter Held her 2nd AGM, Elects New Excos.
The Nigerian Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (NIEEE) Abeokuta Chapter has elected its new executive members.
At the election held yesterday thursday 24th January, 2019 during her 2nd Annual General Meeting in Abeokuta, Engr. Felix Adegboye emerged as the Chairman, Engr. Olumayowa Idowu emerged as the Vice Chairman, Engr. Mrs. T.O. Adegbuyi emerged as the General Secretary, while, Engr. Mrs. T.C. Erinoso emerged as Technical Secretary.
Others elected are Engr. O.J. Odumala as Treasurer, Engr. Monsuru Lamidi as Financial Secretary, Engr. Fadare as Publicity Secretary, Engr. Opeyemi Adeniyi as Membership Secretary, Engr. Dele Oladipo as Immediate Past Chairman, Engr. Mrs..O.T. Banjo as Ex – Officio 1, Engr. Abolaji Ilori as Ex – Officio 2 and Engr. Wale Olaluwoye as Ex – Officio 3.
The 20th Chapter of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, NIEEE, also had its Annual General Meeting where many far reaching decisions were made. Apart from reports presentations, the Annual General Meeting was also used to appreciate the Pioneer Chairman Engr. Dele Oladipo and his team who served the chapter and the institute meritoriously during their period of stewardship.
The Abeokuta Chapter of the NIEEE was formally inaugurated as the 20th Chapter of Institute on the 23rd of February, 2017 and held her maiden AGM in January 2018.
