DG NOA Cautions Youths Against Social Vices

The Director General, National Orientation Agency, Garba Abari has advised Nigerian youths to shun all forms of social vices including cultism and imbibe positive core values that will help in transforming the country rapidly
The Director General stated this at a one day sensitization programme organized by the Agency in collaboration with International organization for Migration at the Federal College of Education, Osiele, ABEOKUTA
Dr. Garba Abari while urging the youths to shun all forms of social vices such as drug abuse, cultism, Cybercrime, irregular migration and human trafficking, sexual and gender based violence among others, encouraged themq to imbibe positive core values of Integrity, Patriotism, Discipline, Self-Reliance, Dignity of Labour, Social Justice and Religious Tolerance for peaceful co existence among the people
Dr. Abari who was represented by the Ogun State Director, NOA, Kolawole Obadina appreciated the International Organization For Migration for its support in the nationwide sensitization Programme
especially managing migration, addressing issues of Trafficking in Persons and Smuggling

Other Stakeholders lauded the initiative, promising to continue to sensitize the society on the dangers of social vices
The Programme was attended by Students from other higher institutions across Ogun State including Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Crescent University, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, and Chrisland university Abeokuta
