Amosun Donates Buses To Entertainment Groups

Keeping to his tradition of rewarding talent and excellence, the Ogun State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, has presented two brand new 18-seater buses to two entertainment groups in the State.

Making the presentation on behalf of the Governor to the beneficiaries, Paramount Band and the Brass Band, made up of talented young men and women, who entertain people at private and public events across the State, Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Taiwo Adeoluwa, said the donation was in appreciation of the talents, resourcefulness and dedication of the groups.

The Governor who recalled that he had made similar donations in the past to individuals, civil and public servants, who distinguished themselves in their chosen fields, assured that his administration would continue to reward excellence, as an incentive to talented and industrious citizens, urging other youths in the State to be dedicated and conscientious in whatever they do.

“We are here to do that, which our administration is well known for. To appreciate and acknowledge the contributions of stakeholders, who have distinguished themselves across the State. This is to demonstrate that we appreciate your contributions to the Rebuilding Mission,’’ Amosun stated.

Responding, leaders of the groups, Messrs Oladunni Asela and Samuel Opaogun of the Paramount Band and Brass Band respectively, thanked the Governor for the gesture and promised to continue to contribute their quotas to the development of the State.
