2018 Budget: Ogun Holds Town Hall Meeting Thursday

In preparation for the 2018 Appropriation Bill, the Ogun State Government is set to hold town hall meeting  on Thursday  October 19, 2017 at Hubert Ogunde Hall, June 12 Cultural Centre, Kuto, Abeokuta, beginning from 10 am.

A release signed by the State Commissioner for Budget and Planning, Ms. Adenrele Adesina, indicated that the consultative meeting aimed at sensitising the public and seeking their inputs on the 2018 budget would be presided over by the State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun.

Stakeholders expected at the events included representatives of interest groups such as traditional, religious and political leaders. Others are trade associations, professional bodies, civil society groups, student unions, market associations among others.

They are enjoined to be punctual.
