Eid-el-Kabir: NSE Abeokuta Congratulates Muslim faithfuls

Happy Eid-el-Kabir – NSE Abeokuta

The Leadership of the Abeokuta branch of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, has felicitated with muslim faithfuls of the branch, for this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration, urging them to pray for the growth of the Branch, Society, Ogun State and Nigeria at large.

Sallah is not just about slaughtering of rams and cows, as neither the flesh nor the blood will reach Allah, but also a time to offer genuine sacrifice through seeking the face of God in prayers, and by pious acts towards the less privileged.

The Branch Chairman Engr. Dr. O.A. Apampa FNSE, said this in his Eid message to branch members. He further urged all members to relate with one another, drawing from the core lessons the season, which include faithfulness, steadfastness and the love and mercy of God.

Once again, the leadership of the branch congratulates our Muslim brothers and sisters as they rejoice in the Sallah celebration. May Almighty Allah bless you with happiness; grace your home with warmth and peace. Amen.
