Amosun rewards Two teachers, who bagged the 2018 President’s Teachers and Schools Awards

Two teachers from Ogun State, who bagged the 2018 President’s Teachers and Schools Awards, have been rewarded by the State Governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun with cash reward of one million Naira and half a million Naira respectively.

          The Governor made the announcement while receiving the two awardees, Mr. Adaramola Femi Patrick from Comprehensive High School, Ayetoro, who won the overall best in teachers’ category and Mrs. Fakorede Nusirat, a principal at Sagamu High School, who bagged sixth best overall in Administrators’ category, during the weekly Executive council meeting in Abeokuta.

          While congratulating the awardees for making the State proud, he enjoined others to emulate the duo, and be hard working, saying, “when you work, you will not go unnoticed and we as a government will support and compliment what the federal government has done”.

          Amosun reaffirmed government‘s commitment to continually motivate and encourage citizens to excel, as they work towards the overall development of the State.
