Change of Guard at Ogun-Oshun RBDA: Odumosu Completes Term, Olatunji Steps in as Acting MD

The Managing Director/CEO of the Ogun-Oshun River Basin Development Authority (OORBDA), Mr Olufemi  Odumosu has bowed out of office after a successful completion of his 4-year tenure, with a formal hand over to Engr. Babalola Olatunji as Acting MD at the Authority’s Headquarters in Abeokuta. Until his acting appointment, Engr. Olatunji was the Executive Director, Engineering Services.

In a statement issued by the Head, Public Relations, Adeniyi Saliu, Odumosu thanked President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, and the  Honorable. Minister of Water Resources, Engr. Suleiman Adamu, for the opportunity to serve his father land.

The statement added that the outgoing MD urged Engr. Olatunji to see his new position as a sacred call to duty.

Engr Olatunji who said the appointment came to him as a surprise, thanked the Hon. Minister of Water Resources for approving his acting appointment with a promised not to let the Ministry and staff of the Authority down.

While assuring to work assiduously to take the Authority to greater heights, he solicited for the maximum co-operation of the Management and Staff in making this a reality.
