The available information indicates that “the name Moussa Falkon had escaped immediately after the opening of a judicial research in the criminal events that accompanied the aforementioned wedding, before the security personnel were able to arrest him in the city of Salé after a minute operation in which the elements of monitoring of the national soil contributed.”
The suspect’s punctuation in the database of the persons nationalized nationally explains that it is required for justice in 51 cases presented to the interests of national security and the royal gendarmerie, which varies between illegal trafficking in solid drugs, human trafficking and threats by firearm and linking with a criminal network.
And for the necessity of the judicial research ordered by the competent public prosecutor, the suspect was deposited under the theoretical guard measure in order to deepen the research with him about all the criminal acts attributed to him, as well as defining his connections to the illegal immigration networks and illegal trafficking in drugs and psychotropic substances.
