The Civil Protection Forces in Qalioubia succeeded in controlling a huge fire that broke out, today, inside one of the stores of the plastic factories in the Shalakan area of the Qanater Charitable Center, and killed 5 people whose bodies were fully charred.

Immediately after receiving the communication, the civil protection sector paid 10 fire engines and 7 ambulances, as the forces managed to surround the fire and prevent their extension to the surrounding areas.
Engineer Ayman Attia, the governor of Qaliubiya, continued the firefighting operations from the Center for Control and Emergency in the Governorate’s General Court, before he went to the site of the accident to follow up the situation in the field, directed quickly to pay compensation to the families of the victims.
Civil protection confirmed that cooling work and removal of the fires of the fire are being carried out, while the security services and the Public Prosecution continue to investigate the circumstances and reasons for its outbreak.
