“The Supreme Women” invites business entrepreneurs to participate in “Franchise”

The Supreme Council of Women called on Bahraini business entrepreneurs to participate in the “Excellence” initiative for the young Bahraini business pioneer in its fifth session, to highlight their success stories and experiences and highlight their distinguished projects in the field of entrepreneurship.

The initiative aims to honor the young Bahraini business leaders who were able to excel in the field of entrepreneurship in their various specialties, in order to highlight their success stories, and to encourage women to enter the field of self -employment, as it is one of the options available to Bahraini women to engage in the labor market and contribute to the development of the national economy.

It is required for participation that the applicant be Bahraini nationality, and that her age should not exceed 45 years, and that she has experience in the field of entrepreneurship of no less than 3 years, in addition to submitting a financial report on the activity or project, and the presence of an official license to practice the activity in the name of the project owner or by participating at a rate of not less than 50%, provided that the participating project is based on sale, purchase or service provision.

The council stated that the last date for participation is August 30, 2025, stressing that the initiative contributes to enhancing the role of women in society, and encourages the development of the economy through various projects, as society introduces to follow models, and urges women to achieve their projects and aspirations, and highlight the diversity of ideas in the field of entrepreneurship.

It is worth noting that this initiative came according to the decision of Her Royal Highness Princess Sabika bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, the wife of the country’s great monarch, President of the Supreme Council for Women, may God preserve it, No. (10) of 2011 regarding the launch of the initiative, which gained momentum over the past four sessions, where the first session started with the participation of 11 businessmen, and reached 98 participants in the fourth session in various fields.
