The Environmental Protection Association in Hurghada managed to find a domestic dolphin on one of the beaches of Hurghada, days after he was severely injured, which is likely to be a result of a hunt from one of the fast boats working in the activity.

Details of the incident returned when the Red Sea reserves received a notification from one of the diving centers south of Hurghada that a wounded dolphin appeared, and his condition was reported, and despite making great efforts to save him, their attempts were unsuccessful, as the Dolphin died due to his injuries.
The Hipsa Association for the Protection of the Marine Environment in Hurghada issued a statement expressing its regret the accident, and demanded the intensification of censorship campaigns on boats and marine activities, especially in the areas of dolphins, and the application of the responsible behavior guide when seeing these creatures
The Assembly called on tourists and workers in maritime activity to download the available behavior guide for free in both Arabic and English and full commitment to the instructions in it to protect marine creatures from repeated violations that threaten their existence.
