The Land Protection Department in Port Said, headed by Eng. Musaad Abu Shehata, has implemented an enlarged campaign to remove encroachments on agricultural lands in southern Port Said, as part of the wave works (25) that has continued since February 8.

The campaign resulted in the removal of 10 violating fish farms, built on the road campus, with an area of 33 acres and 12 carats, at the Agricultural Society of Public Observation – the reclamation sector, and the campaign took place in coordination with the land improvement agency, which provided the necessary equipment, and with the participation of the security forces in Port Said and the South district In implementation of the directives of Alaa Farouk, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, and the instructions of Dr. Ahmed Essam, head of the sector Services and follow -up, and Dr. Hossam Rashid, Head of the Central Administration for the Protection of Lands, and with a mandate of Mr. Eng. Kamel Tougi, Director General of the Agriculture Directorate in Port Said.
The executive authorities affirmed the continuation of efforts to remove encroachments and take all legal measures against the aggressors, while obliging them to return the thing to its origin at their own expense, and to stress not to repeat the violations in the future.
