The Media Center of the General Court of the Suez Governorate announced the establishment of a public bidding next Wednesday to launch a number of lands and shops, the most prominent of which is the offering of the exhibition land in the Port Tawfiq area for 15 years.

The statement issued by the center stated that it was decided to rent a plot of land in Al -Salam City 1 with an area of 3200 meters to hold a nursery and a social club for 15 years, with a cumulative increase of 10%.
A portion of the Swar Mall, Dorid, will also be rented with an area of 1736 meters, to hold commercial, entertainment and tourism activities for a period of five years.
The statement indicated that the exhibition land will be offered for rent with an area of 7000 meters to establish a commercial, entertainment and service activity for a period Various activities.
The statement pointed out that the “Kids Aria” games area will be rented in the city of Tawfiqiya with an area of 1017 m² (commercial – entertainment) for a period of three years, with a cumulative increase of 10% annually, and renting units from the Saraya building in Port Tawfiq with an area of 1856.98 m² (commercial – entertainment – tourism – service) for a period of five Years with a cumulative increase of 10% annually. In addition to renting (10) buildings dedicated to bakeries, divided into several stores with different areas and activities, provided that the increase in each store is separately for a period of five years, with a cumulative increase of 10% annually.
The statement issued by the media center indicated that the auction session will be held in the emergency and rapid intervention of the Governorate General Court, next Wednesday.
