His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, affirmed that the continuous contribution and dedicated performance provided by Bahraini doctors embodies the highest meanings of national responsibility and reflects an honorable image of the nation’s loyal cadres. His Highness pointed out that the scientific and professional successes achieved by the nation’s people in the medical sector support the goals of the comprehensive development process led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the great King of the country, may God protect and preserve him.
This came during a meeting with His Highness, may God protect him, at Gudaibiya Palace today, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Sheikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy, and a number of Their Excellencies senior officials, Lieutenant General Doctor, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Health, members of the Supreme Council of Health, and the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Medical Association, on the occasion of Doctor’s Day. Bahraini, where His Highness congratulated them on this occasion, directing a greeting of thanks and appreciation to the Bahraini doctors for their sincere efforts and continuous giving in serving the nation, and the professional and humanitarian commitment they reflect that embodies the spirit of giving and sincerity. His Highness also congratulated the Chairman and members of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Medical Society on the occasion of their victory in the Bahrain Medical Society elections, wishing them success in achieving the desired goals.
His Highness praised the efforts and effective contributions made by doctors in strengthening the health system and supporting various paths of development. His Highness pointed out the importance of continuing to work on providing a supportive and stimulating environment that enables doctors to develop their skills and enhance their participation in research and academic and specialized programmes, thus contributing to continuing to raise the quality of health services and achieving aspirations towards a health sector that keeps pace with the highest international standards.
