Al-Ismaili said in an official statement on his Facebook account: The temporary committee for managing the Ismaili Club, headed by Dr. Ihab Salah, Director of the Youth and Sports Directorate in Ismailia, and the membership of Dr. Yasser Saeed, Deputy Director of the Directorate, and Mohamed Morshedy, Director of Bodies, has completed the procedures for officially handing over the club to the Board of Directors of the new Ismaili Club, headed by Dr. Tariq Rahmi.

The club added: The handover took place in the presence of a committee from the Ministry of Youth and Sports, so that the new council will officially begin its work as of today, after completing all procedures related to the handover and receipt process.

Major General Staff Pilot Akram Jalal, Governor of Ismailia, held a session in recent days with members of the committee charged with managing the Ismaili Club at the club’s headquarters.

The session at that time witnessed the governor getting acquainted with the members of the committee until he officially took over the task after the completion of some administrative matters during the coming hours, wishing them success in the mission to save the club, stressing his confidence in the ability of the new council to cross the Ismaili ship to safety.
