He added: “At the Bahrain Oncology Center, we work in a team spirit to provide a comprehensive approach to care, with the patient at the forefront of our priorities,” stressing “the commitment to continuous improvement and development of services, in addition to benefiting from knowledge and advanced technologies to enhance health outcomes, which reflects the Kingdom’s vision of building a modern and sustainable health system that meets the needs of society and advances the wheel of medical innovation.”
The Bahrain Oncology Center operates under the umbrella of the Royal Medical Services of the Bahrain Defense Forces as a national cancer care center for all citizens and residents of the Kingdom. The center offers the latest treatments in the fields of oncology, hematology, bone marrow transplantation, sickle cell anemia, and radiation therapy. The center continues to strive to further expand services and improve quality based on patients’ needs. While maintaining a 98.8% patient satisfaction rate over the years, the Center prides itself on providing patient-focused care. With the vision of our senior leadership, the Center will continue to strive for the highest standards.
Since the opening of the Bahrain Oncology Center, the center has progressed by expanding services, as well as enhancing the quality of care and providing an exceptional patient experience. In addition, the center is determined to provide complex and multidisciplinary oncology treatments to every patient. The center contains a group of inpatient and ambulatory care beds, an intensive care unit and operating rooms for surgical oncology.
With the vision of the senior leadership, the Bahrain Oncology Center continues to strive for tangible achievements that meet the needs of patients.
