His Excellency Mr. Bassam Ahmed Marzouq, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Turkish Republic, participated in the reception held by His Excellency President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Turkish Republic, in the presidential complex in the capital, Ankara, on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of Victory Day.
His Excellency the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Great Country, may God protect and preserve him, and the greetings of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Prime Minister, may God protect him, to His Excellency President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Turkish Republic, and their wishes for his Excellency for health and wellness, and to Turkey and its brotherly people more progress and prosperity.
For his part, His Excellency the President of the Turkish Republic assigned His Excellency the Ambassador to convey his greetings to His Majesty the King of the Great Country, may God protect and preserve him, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, the Prime Minister, may God protect him, and his wishes to the Kingdom of Bahrain in the time of sophistication and prosperity, expressing his pride and appreciation for the development and growth between the two brotherly countries.
The “Victory Day”, which falls on August 30 of each year, is a national feast in the Turkish Republic. On this occasion, various activities and events are held in all states, embassies and Turkish diplomatic missions abroad.
