The local unit of the Tama Center and City continued its intensive efforts to follow up the progress of work at the technological center during the evening period, within the framework of the directives of Major General Dr. Abdel Fattah Mohamed Siraj, Governor SohagRegarding the continuous follow -up of the reconciliation file.
Follow up the workflow at the Technology Center at the Tama Center
Eng. Ahmed Hassan Singer, head of the Tama Center and City, made a field tour to follow up the work within the Technology Center, in the presence of Saleh Abdel Baset, Vice President of the Center, and officials of the reconciliation file, with the participation of Mohamed Saad Abdel Hamid, Director of Public Relations and Information Department, and a number of engineers engineers, including the engineer Asma Sayed, Engineer Mohamed Al -Hawi, Engineer Mahmoud Azzam, Engineer Abdullah, and Engineer Mai Salah.
Eng. Ahmed Hassan Singer stressed the importance of continuing to provide full support to citizens, facilitate reconciliation procedures, and provide all the services and capabilities necessary to end the requests as soon as possible, with a focus on explaining the required documents and clarifying the steps for the reconciliation file.
He stressed the need to receive citizens and respond to their inquiries directly, and work to solve any obstacles that they may face during application, in a way that contributes to achieving discipline and improving the quality of services provided within the technological center.
