Abdul Rahman bin Abdul Manan Al -Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, revealed that 46% of citizens studying at their own account abroad are studying in only two universities, and these two universities have become two commercials that exploit the conditions of students, and that 25% of citizens study in universities abroad is not classified, and therefore we must protect our students. The minister said in the session of the Federal National Council in response to a parliamentarian, submitted by Dr. Adnan Al Hammadi, a member of the Council, on the decision not to recognize academic qualifications for citizens of citizens outside the state, that it was found that some students were studying in universities that issue certificates that do not rise.
