Commenting on what was published in the electronic account of Al -Bilad newspaper attributed to those called Ibrahim Abd Ali Issa Al -Daisi that he was released and his brothers accused in the case of possessing corrupt food commodities expired, and circulating them after amending and changing their validity dates, the President of the Public Prosecution stated that what was not true is that the person named in the news is not a party to the case until its date, and the Public Prosecution has not taken with him or taken with him Procedures, and did not summon him for any reason.
The prosecution also did not order the release of any of the defendants who are imprisoned as a reserve on the case, and the head of the prosecution stressed the need to investigate the accuracy in transferring and publishing any information related to the investigations conducted by the Public Prosecution.
Pointing out that the investigation is still continuing to determine all the circumstances of the incident and the arrival of investigations and what the actions of specialists at the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding inventory and identification of expired food commodities, and the seizure of any commodities of them circulated in the markets.
