Lawyer Mohamed Odeh, the defense of the victim’s microbus driver in the incident of the city of Paradise in October, revealed that the investigation authorities decided to imprison the accused husband, while evacuating his wife due to her age, and decided to release the victim with his presentation to forensic medicine.

The defense of the victim in Life for Cairo 24 confirmed that the law guaranteed the right of his client completely, stressing that there is no intention to reconcile in the case, and that the defense authority submitted its legal defenses to preserve the rights of the victim.
He pointed out that the Public Prosecution ordered the examination of the defendant’s wife’s car and presented it to a technical expert, explaining that his client has a civil right in addition to his right to financial compensation for the damage to his car after breaking it during the quarrel.
It is noteworthy that the incident began after a collision between an angel car driven by the lady and the wife of the accused, and the microbus driven by the victim, and developed into an assault by the accused husband, causing the driver to be injured and damage to his car.
