Amal Muhammad Amen
I read a few days ago an article about the damage that affects the human soul from, and they reach it to a state of psychological imbalance and the loss of passion and the desire to strive, whether to work or for science, and described this case as a “defect in the system of the soul”. In change for the better and love of growth?
And if the vigor is the main driver to achieve goals and aspirations, and it is the internal force that drives a person to work and diligence in order to achieve himself and build his future.
How does a person turn from a flame of the activity into an object that leads to the duties of his conscience, and hold him to responsibility, not love in what he does?
Certainly, many people are going through periods in which they feel weak, lack of motivation to seek and seek livelihood, which negatively reflects their psychological, social and material lives. The reasons for weak vigor are vary, and they are often a mixture of psychological, social and religious factors. One of the most prominent psychological reasons for the weakness of the feeling of frustration and despair as a result of frequent failure or exposure to repeated disappointments.
When a person faces obstacles without finding tangible support or results for his efforts, he may start losing his self -confidence, and surrenders to a state of indifference. The negative comparisons also affect others, especially in the time of social media, where some see the success of others, thinking that they are the best or more capable, which cultivates the feeling of impotence and inferiority.
On the social side, the surrounding environment plays a pivotal role. Poverty, unemployment, family pressures, and weak social support networks are all factors that contribute to human psychological exhaustion and disrupt his energy to seek. In addition, some societies may consolidate the culture of dependency, or reduce the value of work, which inhibits anxiety, especially for young people who need encouragement and support in the beginnings of their working life.
From the religious and spiritual side, the weakness of the link with God and the lack of trust in it may lead to lack of reassurance in the heart, and the loss of a sense of goal and meaning in the pursuit. Islam urges to work, and makes the pursuit of livelihood a cult, as in the Almighty saying: “So walk in its calamities, and they both of his livelihood and to him.” But when this understanding is absent, a person may fall into a state of laziness and laziness, thinking that the livelihood will come without effort.
Also, important reasons are poor planning and loss of clear vision for the future. When a person does not determine his goals, and does not know how to achieve them, the work becomes just a random effort, which weakens the incentive to continue. Fear of failure or refusal of change may be another reason that makes it prefer to stay in the rest area instead of risk.
The weakness of the vigor and the cessation of the pursuit are not the end of the road, but rather a temporary situation that can be overcome by will and determination, psychological and social support, and return to God and trust in it. Also, enhancing self -confidence, determining realistic goals, and avoiding comparing the soul to others, all of which contribute to re -igniting the enthusiasm in the heart, resuming the walk towards a livelihood and achieving success.
