The announcement of the postponement of negotiations between the United States and Iran, confirms that the progress of these negotiations was not as required, and that the optimism shown by the American and Iranian parties is only a talk for “media only”, and that the negotiations were not good between the two parties at all.
Perhaps the description of the results of these negotiations as “vague” was true, as its results were not announced in the three rounds of the negotiations, and above all the fourth round was postponed indefinitely, as the United States said, which confirms that the points of difference or disagreement between the two parties were more than their agreement or understanding, as evidence that once the fourth round of negotiations were announced, both the American and Iranian parties came out, criticizing the other, criticizing the other, criticizing the other, criticizing the other, criticizing the other They exchanged accusations and threats, as if they were not in “diplomatic” negotiations and dialogues.
And in logic, if the rounds were going according to that “optimism” that the combined parties tried to portray to the public opinion, the fourth round would have been on time “Saturday”, or at least the postponement until recently was known and announced, and not unknown, so did the two parties reach a dead end in its negotiations? So that “the delay” is the most appropriate? Until both of them review themselves, and rearrange their papers for the future, but this is in the case of “natural” delay, which is usually under Cairo circumstances, forced both parties to postpone, and soon the new date for the round of negotiations is announced, especially since “optimism” was prevalent between them, or so the media was declared.
I think that the past rounds were not successful, and did not go as required, perhaps this is due to the establishment of difficult conditions by the two parties. Iran is interested in lifting sanctions, and “trust” in its nuclear program, as its Foreign Minister, Abbas Araqji, said, while the United States does not want Iran’s development of its nuclear program, and does not fuel it for the conflict in the Middle East, and its support for its terrorist agents in the region, as the US State Department stated, – In his account on the “Truth Social” platform – any country or entity that buys petrochemical products from Iran, and this statement came as soon as the negotiations were postponed on its fourth tour, while Iran described the positions of the United States as contradictory, questioning Washington’s intentions, and this is a new confirmation that the previous negotiations did not go through the required form.
The United States and Iran realize that their lack of understanding, and their hardening in their positions makes all bad possibilities exist and incoming, and this will not be in the interest of the stability and security of the region, so we ask them to return quickly to the negotiating table, reactivate the dialogue, prevail over the language of the mind, and providing the diplomatic approach, in order to avoid any wrong decisions that may not be implemented.
