Raise the state of emergency in Alexandria due to the thunderstorm
In a statement, the Governor of Alexandria stressed that the degree of readiness in all the executive bodies in the governorate to deal with this situation, which indicates the exposure of the province to rain and winds of varying intensity, is thunderstorm.
The team, Ahmed Khaled, instructed all the executive bodies to intensify the field presence around the clock to follow up the drainage of rainwater clusters, and to ensure that traffic liquidity is achieved, in full coordination with the sanitation company.
The Governor of Alexandria also directed the officials of the provincial operations room, and the Center for Control to follow up immediately to the situation and monitor any repercussions resulting from this.
The Governor of Alexandria explained that there is an immediate intervention from all the executive bodies to raise the heavy rainwater gatherings as soon as they occur and remove all the losses resulting from the speed of the strong winds that the province was exposed to a short time ago.
