The General Directorate of National Security in Morocco said that a terrorist cell linked to the African branch of ISIS was dismantled on Wednesday.
She added in a statement published by the Arab Maghreb News Agency that during the dismantling of the cell, an explosive device was seized in the process of installation consisting of a gas bottle connected to pipes and electrical wires in the Khalat area with the seizure of Sidi Al -Arabi with an eye of return on the outskirts of Rabat.
She pointed out that the Central Office for Judicial Research used excavation equipment to extract the explosive device that was buried in piles of dust.
