L.G Boss Lauds Ogun Workers For Their Loyalty

Workers in Ogun State have been described as hardworking, reliable, dedicated and ready to give their best for the benefit of the people.

The Chairman, Yewa South Local Government, Engr. Obafemi Edun stated this in Ilaro at the send-off ceremony, in honour of the retired Head of the Local Government Administration (HOLGA), Alhaji Tayo Sanni, adding that, civil servants, through their loyalty, had contributed immensely to the current development witnessed across the three Senatorial Districts of the State.

The L.G boss noted that the outgoing HOLGA was a first class professional, whose contributions has taken the Council to an enviable height, saying, ‘’I am happy and proud to have worked with HOLGA Sanni. I must tell you, I have never regretted working with him, if I have my way, I will not allow him to retire because of the vital role he played in my administration. He has been a good brother, sincerely, I am going to miss him”.

In his remark, the Permanent Secretary, State Local Government Service Commission, Mr. Lateef Owodeyi, represented by the Director in the Commission, Mr. Lekan Oderinde, described the retiree as a trail blazer, a reputable and astute administrator, who has made valuable contributions to service delivery at the grassroots level.

Responding, the outgoing HOLGA, Mr. Sanni expressed gratitude to God for seeing him through the service years, while appreciating the Chairman, management and staff of the Council for their supports and cooperation.
