Gov. Dapo Abiodun Inspects State Hospital Ilaro.

Topmost on the welfare initiatives of Ogun state government for its citizenry is the facilitation of easy access to quality and affordable healthcare services.

Prince Dapo Abiodun while on assessment tour to State Hospital, Ilaro maintained that government in conjunction with stakeholders, will designate some of the hospitals as specialist centres to sharpen their focus and become centres of excellence in their designated specialist areas.

While on inspection tour led by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Dr Nofiu Aigoro intimate the Governor on areas that need urgent attention.

Prince Dapo Abiodun reaffirms that he will set up a committee and ensure rehabilitation, equipping and adequate staffing of General Hospitals are in place.

Governor Abiodun also promises to provide easy access to healthcare through a number of initiatives. Olu of Ilaro and Paramount ruler of Yewaland, Oba Kehinde olugbenle urges the government to assist in providing standard health facilities. On inspection of facilities to the state hospital were State Government functionaries who were received by the Olu of Ilaro and Paramount ruler of Yewaland, Oba Kehinde Olugbenle
