Governor Amosun, Wife observes APC Legislative Primaries in Abeokuta

Governor Ibikunle Amosun and his wife Dr Mrs Olufunso Amosun observed the Senatorial , House of Representatives and House of Assembly  APC Primaries at Ward six (6) Itoko Area of Abeokuta South Local Government of Ogun State yesterday.

 

Governors office correspondent, Lekan Agbonde reports that Senator Ibikunle Amosun, Engr Lanre Edun and Hon Afolabi Afuape won the ward with high margin as they all won the Senatorial seat, House of representatives and House of assembly

 

People turned out in their large numbers to take part in the exercise at ward six in Itoko area of Abeokuta, one of the venues of the All Progressives Congress Primaries into the Senate, House of Representatives and House of Assembly.

As one of the aspirants for the Ogun Central Senatorial seat, Governor Amosun was joined by his amiable wife Dr Mrs Olufunso Amosun to take part in the exercise as strong member of the party.

 

During the exercise, Our correspondent Fatai Adiyeloja put the Governor online to the live studio of the NTA Network to monitor the exercise.

At the end of the election which was by Option A4 ,Governor Ibikunle Amosun, Engr Lanre Edun and Hon Afolabi Afuape all won at Ward (6) six Itoko Area of Abeokuta South Local Government.

 

Immediately after the ward six exercise, Governor Ibikunle Amosun as the chief security officer of the state and a leader of the party moved round Abeokuta to monitor the progress where he touched down at ward one in Ake to feature on a live studios of Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Network and Channels
