Buhari greets Duro Onabule at 81

 

President Muhammadu Buhari felicitates with frontline journalist and columnist, Chief Duro Onabule, as he turns 81.

The President lauds Onabule’s more than 50 years contribution to journalism and incisive public commentary, which has gone a long way to inform and educate the public, and shape government policies and programmes.

President Buhari in a statement urged him to continue sharing knowledge and expertise with younger generations of journalists,  Chief Onabule who served as Chief Press Secretary to military President, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida for eight years, is currently Chairman of the Board of Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).

The President wishes him longer life in good health and prosperity.
