Bahrain’s junior snooker team player Abdullah Al-Aali increased the Kingdom of Bahrain’s lead in the Arab Billiards Championship and won the gold medal in the 15-ball individual competition.

Al-Aali met with the Iraqi Muhammad Qusay and gave an outstanding performance in most of the rounds, and excelled in advancing points, but Qusay returns by hiding the white ball (snooker), and thus obtains a large group of points and misses the opportunity for Al-Aali.

Qusay was able to win more than one game in this way, while Al-Aali tried to catch up with him, and with the increase in the difference in points, it became difficult for Al-Aali.

Al-Aali said that meeting the Iraqi Qusay is one of the great challenges in the Arab Billiards and Snooker Championship. Because he is one of the best emerging players in the last three years and is often present on the podium, I made an effort, and I hoped that victory would be mine and I would qualify for the final match so that the Kingdom of Bahrain would be present in the final scene.
