The new transportation tariff in Assiut Governorate witnessed an increase today after the decision to move the prices of gasoline and diesel, as Major General Dr. Hisham Abu Al-Nasr, Governor of Assiut, announced the new riding tariff for internal and external transportation fares, whether public transportation and services, in addition to taxis within the cities and centers of the governorate.
The governor stressed the intensification of technical campaigns to monitor new transportation prices. In order to prevent exploitation of citizens, and to adhere to the new ride tariff prices, drivers are required to display a sticker with the new prices. Here are some of the new tariff prices as follows:
New transportation prices in Assiut Governorate
The new transportation prices in Assiut Governorate included an increase in the taxi fare to 17.5 pounds, while the price of transportation in the service reached 6 pounds, and the new ride fare reached 11 then for each of the cities of New Assiut and New Nasser, while the fare between the city of Assiut and its centers was as follows:
- 29 pounds for Dayrout.
- 22 pounds per cup.
- 13 pounds for Manfalut or Tej center.
- 18 pounds for Sidfa Center.
- 23 pounds for the loot center.
- 13 pounds for Slim Coast.
- 18 pounds for badari.
New ride fares, Assiut Governorate
As for the new fares for Assiut Governorate and other governorates, the tariff between Assiut and Cairo reached 240 pounds, while it reached 56 pounds for Minya Governorate, 53 pounds for Sohag Governorate, 121 pounds for Qena Governorate, and 230 pounds for Hurghada. Today’s gasoline and diesel price list
The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources revealed the price list for gasoline and diesel today, Friday, which was as follows:
- Gasoline 95 reached 21 pounds per liter.
- Gasoline 92 reached 19.25 pounds per liter.
- Gasoline 80 reached 17.75 pounds per liter.
- Diesel reached 17.5 pounds per liter.
- Gas supply for cars rose to 10 pounds/m3.
