In line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, the Labor Fund “Tamkeen” participated in the “Tree Week” activities, where Maha Abdul Hameed Mufeez, CEO, participated with the administrative team in planting a group of trees.
On this occasion, Maha Abdul Hamid Mafeez appreciated the kindness of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, in launching the “Tree Week” initiative, which reflects the esteemed government’s commitment to spreading environmental awareness and promoting the principles of sustainability among members of society and its institutions.
The CEO affirmed Tamkeen’s commitment to supporting environmental and development initiatives that contribute to enhancing a green work environment and encourage the adoption of responsible practices, as part of the objectives of the National Afforestation Plan, which aims to double the number of trees in the Kingdom to reach 3.6 million trees by 2035.
