The General Authority of Meteorology revealed the expected weather conditions for tomorrow, Friday, October 17, as it explained that the country is witnessing autumn weather, tending to be cold in the early morning, and tending to be hot during the day in most areas, while it will be hot in South Sinai and South Upper Egypt, and the temperature is moderate at the beginning of the night, tending to be cold at the end.
Tomorrow’s weather details
The authority announced that maximum temperatures range between 28 and 29 degrees in Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt, and between 26 and 27 degrees on the northern coasts, while recording 29 to 30 degrees in northern Upper Egypt, and reaching 36 and 37 degrees in southern Upper Egypt.
Meteorology indicated that dense water mist forms in the early morning, from four to eight in the morning, on the roads leading to and from the northern regions of the country as far as Greater Cairo, northern Upper Egypt, the canal cities, and central Sinai.
It also indicated that there are weak chances of light rain falling on areas of the northwestern coast and south on the city of Halayeb at intermittent intervals, with some low clouds appearing over areas from the north of the country to Greater Cairo, the Canal Cities, and central Sinai, which may result in light, ineffective drizzle.
The authority added that there is sometimes wind activity in areas of South Sinai and North Upper Egypt, which works to moderate the atmosphere, especially in the shade and at night, with wind activity in the Gulf of Suez at speeds ranging between 30 and 50 km/h, which leads to limited disruption in maritime navigation traffic.
