Helmy Tolan added: In Europe, everyone celebrates qualifying for the World Cup with their families and fans because it is a big and important event, and we want the Egyptian fans to come back again to support all the national teams because it is a natural thing and represents my country. We hope that there will be permission for a larger number of fans to attend, because a stadium without an audience is like a theater without fans that has no taste.
Tolan continued: The construction stage is difficult for a football player because it is the most important. In Portugal, I was with Queiroz during a period of living and I spoke with them about the method of work and training. I found a completely different idea than what we have in Egypt. The coach is chosen who has the highest intellect and cares about the player since childhood to establish him in a correct way because it is the most important stage for the football player. The foundation is for clubs and not teams, especially in the childhood stage, which is the most important, and the coach with the greatest intellect and experience must be chosen to be responsible for… These matters are taken care of by every player to produce a distinguished generation in Egyptian football.
Tolan continued: There must be courses for coaches, and unfortunately there is no success or failure in our tests. This is a big mistake and affects generations of players. There are some additions made to the training content in order to obtain training licenses in the coming period.
