His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chief of the Presidential Cabinet, met with His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar, on the sidelines of the Sharm El-Sheikh Peace Summit, which was hosted by the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt in the city of Sharm El-Sheikh. During the meeting, they discussed the fraternal relations between the UAE and the State of Qatar, and ways to enhance and develop bilateral cooperation in various fields to serve the common interests of the two countries. The two sides also reviewed a number of regional and international issues, most notably efforts to bring peace and enhance security and stability in the region, in addition to discussing the latest developments in the situation on the agenda.
