Over the past 24 hours, Qalyubia Governorate witnessed several events, the most notable of which was that the Qalyubia Civil Protection Forces were able to completely control the fire that broke out inside a fiber factory in the village of Sindiun in the city of Qalyoub, after the fire spread to part of a nearby ink factory, without any loss of life.

The security services of the Qalyubia Security Directorate had received a notification from the Rescue Police stating that a huge fire had broken out inside the Fiber Factory.
Civil protection forces, led by Major General Haitham Shehata, Director of Civil Protection in Qalyubia, immediately moved in, and 9 fire engines were dispatched to control the fire and prevent its spread to neighboring areas.
The accident resulted in two people suffering from suffocation:
Muhammad Saeed Rafi (19 years old)
Muhammad Fathi Abu Shehata (60 years old)
First aid was provided to them at the scene of the accident by ambulance teams under the supervision of Ahmed Daly, and they refused to be transferred to the hospital after their condition improved.
8 people were injured in a two-car collision on the Al-Assar axis in Shubra Al-Kheima
Today, the city of Shubra Al-Kheima in Qalyubia Governorate witnessed a collision between two cars, one a private car and the other a microbus, in the Al-Assar axis, resulting in the injury of 8 people who were taken to the hospital to receive the necessary treatment.
Major General Mohamed Al-Batouti, Director of the Qalyubia Traffic Department, and Colonel Amr Ghanem, Undersecretary of the Department, received a notification from the Traffic Operations Room stating that a collision had occurred and that there were injured people.
The security services immediately moved to the site of the accident, led by Colonel Walid Bashir, Director of Traffic Operations, Colonel Osama Ibrahim, Head of the Shubra El Kheima Traffic Unit, and Lieutenant Colonel Rabie Salah Ashmawy, Head of the Licensing and Legal Affairs Departments.
Upon examination, it was found that the accident occurred as a result of a collision between a private car and a microbus, resulting in the injury of 8 people, who were taken to the hospital to receive treatment.
Arrest of those accused of armed robbery of gasoline workers
The security services of the Qalyubia Security Directorate were able to arrest the defendants in the armed robbery of gasoline station workers and the theft of sums of money while they were on their way to deliver them to a post office in the Crystal Asfour area in the Shubra Al-Kheima District First District.

Major General Ashraf Gaballah, Assistant Minister of the Interior for the Qalyubia Security Sector, and Major General Mohamed Al-Sayed, Director of the General Administration of Qalyubia Investigations, received a notification from Major General Wael Metwally, Head of Qalyubia Investigations, stating that a report had been received by Lieutenant Colonel Youssef Al-Shami, Chief of Investigations of the Shubra Al-Kheima First Division, from gas station workers about four defendants pointing firearms in their faces and stealing sums of money while they were going to supply it.
