Judgment was reserved for those accused of the Al-Marj terrorist cell
The referral order in Case No. 3257 of 2023 stated that on November 13, 2014, in Al-Marg District, Cairo Governorate, all of the defendants joined a group established in contravention of the provisions of the law, the purpose of which was to call for disrupting the provisions of the Constitution and the law, preventing state institutions and public authorities from carrying out their work, attacking the personal freedom of citizens, and harming national unity and social peace by preventing state institutions and its public authority, and sabotaging public and private institutions, with the aim of Breach Public order, and terrorism was one of the means used by that group to achieve its goals.
