The Wages Board held a farewell ceremony in honor of the Chargé d’Affaires of the Lebanese Embassy, Mirna Khouli, and the Chargé d’Affaires of the Iraqi Embassy, Dr. Ihsan Allawi Al-Dulaimi, on the occasion of the end of their work period in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Nabil Ajoor praised the great efforts made by Mrs. Khouli and Dr. Al-Dulaimi in strengthening and developing bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain, Lebanon and Iraq at all levels, including political, economic and cultural cooperation.
Their active role in serving the Lebanese and Iraqi communities, and their distinguished work in facilitating mutual exchange and bringing peoples closer together, was also highlighted.
At the conclusion of the ceremony, souvenirs and honorary shields were presented to Mirna Khouli and Dr. Ihsan Al-Dulaimi, in appreciation of their generosity and sincerity in performing their diplomatic duty.
The two honorees expressed their sincere thanks and gratitude for the warm reception and good cooperation they received from official and civil authorities in Bahrain, wishing the Kingdom and its people continued progress and prosperity.
