The October Gardens City Authority announced the offering of 8 various commercial markets and 3 health units under a usufruct system for a period of 10 years, in a public auction to be held on Tuesday, October 21, at the agency’s headquarters at twelve o’clock in the afternoon.

The agency explained that the proposed lands are located in distinct locations within the city, and include the service areas of the second and seventh Build Your House, the 390-acre area, the 262-building area, and the 1,185-building area, stressing that the offering comes within the framework of supporting service and commercial activities within the city and meeting the needs of the growing population.
The agency indicated that the value of the auction entry deposit amounts to 50 thousand pounds for each market or health unit, with the possibility of purchasing requirements and specifications booklets from the agency’s headquarters during official working hours.
The agency also published electronic links on its official page that allow citizens and investors to preview the sites offered on the ground before the auction date, as part of transparency efforts and facilitating participation procedures.
This proposal comes within the plan of the New Urban Communities Authority to expand the service and commercial investment base in new cities, thus contributing to enhancing the quality of life and stimulating job opportunities for residents of October Gardens and the surrounding areas.
