His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, issued a federal decree law establishing the Federal Ambulance and Civil Defense Authority, and a federal decree appointing Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of Health and Community Protection, as its president.
