The Official Gazette published Resolution No. 655 of 2025 of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities regarding stopping the establishment of new branches of tourism companies for a period of 6 months.
Suspending requests to establish new branches of tourism companies for a period of 6 months
The first article stipulates: Acceptance of requests to establish new branches of tourism companies in their various categories will be suspended for a period of six months, starting from the date of expiration of Ministerial Resolution No. 170 of 2025, because the country does not need them during this period.
