“Israeli Broadcasting” reveals the terms of the comprehensive plan to stop the war in Gaza and exchange prisoners

An official document, seen by media sources, revealed an American proposal led by President Trump to comprehensively end the war in the Gaza Strip, which includes a series of precise executive steps that include halting military operations, introducing humanitarian aid, and releasing prisoners.

The document includes the following items:

  • Official announcement: President Trump announces the end of the war in the Gaza Strip, and confirms that both parties (Israel and Hamas) have agreed to implement the necessary steps to end the conflict.
  • Suspension of military operations: Israel will immediately begin suspending all military operations after government approval, including aerial, artillery, and ground bombardment, within a period of 72 hours. Aerial surveillance will also be suspended over areas from which IDF forces have withdrawn, providing a safe environment for the implementation of the agreement.
  • Opening relief corridors: Immediately begin the full entry of humanitarian aid and relief as specified in the proposal, and at a minimum consistent with the January 19, 2025 Agreement on Humanitarian Aid, including food, medicine, and basic supplies, to support the affected population in Gaza.
  • Withdrawal and release: The Israeli army will withdraw to the agreed upon lines according to the map attached to the agreement, and the complete withdrawal will take place within 24 hours of Trump’s announcement and the Israeli government’s approval. Israeli forces will not return to the areas from which they withdrew, as long as Hamas fully implements the agreement.
  • Prisoner exchange: Within 72 hours of the withdrawal of Israeli forces, all Israeli hostages, living and deceased, held in Gaza will be released (list attached).

    • A. Once the Israeli army completes the withdrawal, Hamas will begin verifying the situation of the hostages and collecting all information related to them. Hamas will provide comments on its findings through the information exchange mechanism mentioned in clause (e) below. Israel provides information on Palestinian prisoners and detainees from the Gaza Strip held in Israel.

    • for. Within 72 hours, Hamas will release all living hostages, including those held by Palestinian factions in Gaza.

    • C. Within 72 hours, Hamas will release the remains of its deceased hostages held by Palestinian factions in Gaza.

    • D. Hamas will share, within 72 hours, all information it has obtained regarding any remaining deceased hostages through the clearing-house mechanism in paragraph (e) below. Israel provides information on the remains of deceased Gazans in its custody.

    • e. Establishing a mechanism for exchanging information between the two sides through mediators and the International Committee of the Red Cross, to exchange information and intelligence about any remaining deceased hostages who have not been recovered within 72 hours or Gazan remains held by Israel. The Mechanism must ensure that the bodies of all hostages are exhumed and released completely and safely. Hamas must make every effort to ensure that these commitments are fulfilled as soon as possible.

    • and. With Hamas releasing all hostages, Israel will simultaneously release the corresponding number of Palestinian prisoners according to the attached lists.

    • g. The exchange of hostages and prisoners will take place according to the mechanism agreed upon by mediators and through the International Committee of the Red Cross without any public ceremony or media coverage.

  • Follow-up committee: An international team will be formed under the auspices of the United States, Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey to monitor the implementation of the agreement. This team will coordinate between the two parties, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with the agreement’s obligations, while holding periodic meetings to evaluate the situation.
