Captain Hussein Labib, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zamalek Club, held a meeting tonight with Belgian Yannick Ferreira, coach of the first football team at Zamalek Club, and the meeting was attended by John Edward, the club’s sporting director.

Cairo 24 learned from its sources, during the meeting, the conditions of the first football team were reviewed after the decline in results in the recent matches, as well as the team’s arrangements were learned before the start of its journey in the Confederation Cup this season.
At the end of the meeting, it was agreed to hold another session with Ferreira next week to discuss the team’s needs for the coming period and work to restore victories, achieve results, and provide a performance that meets the aspirations of Zamalek fans.
Zamalek had resumed training yesterday after the team had a 4-day rest following a draw with Ghazl El Mahalla in the tenth round of the Egyptian League competition, bringing Zamalek’s score to 18 points.
Zamalek is preparing to face Dekedaha of Somalia on the 18th in the first leg of the 32nd round of the African Confederation, in the match that will be held at Cairo Stadium, while the return match will be held at Al Salam Stadium on the 24th of the same month.
