Rana Al-Maili: SINNAD develops a 3-year strategic plan to develop digitization

Rana Al-Maili, CEO of SINNAD, the leading provider of card processing and digital payment services in the region and a subsidiary of BENEFIT, revealed a strategic plan for the period 2026-2028, focusing on developing digital services and artificial intelligence applications, in order to provide high-quality services to banks.

She added in a statement to Al-Watan, on the sidelines of the Financial Technology Forum 2025 yesterday, that the company deals with more than 25 banks around the world, noting at the same time that there is a tendency for the company during the coming year to include more banks in its customer base.

Al-Maili pointed out that the company seeks to expand its services in the countries of the Middle East and North Africa, especially since it deals with banks in a number of Arab countries, including the State of Kuwait, Yemen, and North and South Africa.

The company’s CEO explained that SINNAD uses artificial intelligence applications in all of its operations, including the call center that operates around the clock in order to provide services to banks and banks, in addition to detecting any fraud that may occur.

Al-Maili stressed that SINNAD’s participation in this important forum reflects its commitment to developing its services in the digital and technological field, to enable banks and financial institutions to develop their digital operations.

She pointed out that the forum has become a leading global platform that brings together heads of the financial sector from Bahrain, countries of the region and the world in order to exchange experiences and expertise in the field of financial technology.
