The Shubra El Kheima Criminal Court – Seventh Circuit, headed by Counselor Hani Fathi Abbas Mutawa, and the membership of Counselors Ahmed Shehata Hilal, Maged Hosni Fawzi, Mohamed Saad El-Din Mohamed, and the Secretariat of Maher El-Shoubri, decided to postpone the trial of 4 defendants accused of stabbing a person to death using knives, and possessing firearms and ammunition without a license, in the Al-Khosos Police Department in Al-Khosos Governorate. The Public Prosecution had referred the accused Ahmed. M. E (20 years old – resident of the soap factory, Al-Khanka – Qalyubia), and Mahmoud. M. The referral order stated that the defendants, on September 12, 2023, in the Al-Khosos Police Department in Qalyubia Governorate, deliberately and premeditatedly killed the victim, Karim Bayoumi Ibrahim, as they were determined and had the intention to kill him, and for this they prepared firearms and knives, and ambushed him in the place where they were sure he was present, and surprised him with several penetrating stab wounds using knives.
