In the context of the directives of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Affairs of Egyptians abroad to provide full care and support to Egyptian citizens abroad, the Consulate of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Riyadh announced the completion of the procedures for transferring the body of the Egyptian citizen Sameh Nafadi Mohamed Hajjaj to the homeland, after his death on Friday, October 3, 2025, as a result of the accident of the deviation of a security vehicle and its fall from the top of the bridge while performing its duties over the citizen’s car.
The death of an Egyptian citizen in Saudi Arabia
The consulate indicated that she followed the incident from the first moment in coordination with the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, until the completion of all necessary legal procedures to transfer the body to Egypt.
