The Gates of Al -Khair Foundation for Care and Development launched its monthly project to support the people of Gaza in Egypt, which is one of the projects of Zakat banks, “The Poor and the son of the Sabeel” in the institution, since the beginning of the Gaza crisis in October 2023.
Over the course of two years, the Foundation, which is known No. 846 of 2018, continued its critical, in -kind and therapeutic support for families that suffered from the loss of parents and children and the bombing of their homes in the Strip due to the Israeli occupation forces, or for students and students studying in Egypt, who were cut off from their academic expenses, as a result of the situation in the sector, according to a press release.

The Foundation began its project by providing cash support to 20 students at a total cost, 70 thousand pounds, and over 24 months, the Foundation has paid attention to the support of our people from Gaza in Egypt.
The Gates of Al -Khair Foundation is now providing a fixed monthly cash support – and in the seasons – for 692 of the people of Gaza in Egypt, they are 437 students, and 255 stuck families, at a total monthly cost of 2.5 million pounds, in addition to more than 300 other families who receive temporary “unstable” assistance or in the seasons such as “Ramadan, Eid Al -Fitr and Al -Adha”.
During the two years, the Foundation provided food and therapeutic support in performing surgeries for some Palestinian cases, as well as the completion of a bride from northern Gaza.
Haitham Al -Tabei, founder and executive director of the Gates of Good Foundation, says: “The project of the people of Gaza in Egypt is one of the most important monthly projects of the Foundation, and comes from our national role as an Egyptian charitable institution; within the great role and destiny of Egypt, as it has provided and still provides all support to the Palestinian brothers, whether inside the sector, such as many other charitable institutions, or those in Egypt like what we do in the chapters of good.”
And the Foundation for the Gate of Goodness for Care and Development, an Egyptian charitable institution, which is known for the number 846 of 2018, provides services for poor or poor cases that need help in 20 governorates inside Egypt, and provides its services in 8 chapters: “Takaful, education, Al -Shifa, Rizk, Happiness, rent, halal, and ongoing charity.”
